Parameters for a Worktop Edge
This document contains all the possible or required parameters to set up a worktop edge in the Kitchen application.

Optional Parameters
Reserved names
The following parameters are optional and the name of the parameter are reserved words (can not be modified). To set up these parameters you should use the exact name of the parameter.

allowedOnNonVisible | boolean | TRUE | TRUE / FALSE | any | Based on the worktop edge, specifies whether it can be applied to a non-visible edge (ie. a worktop touching a wall). It is used in EdgeBoardCompatibilityRule |
allowedOnRoundCut | boolean | – | TRUE / FALSE | any | Specifies what edge products are possible for round cuts. |
otherGrainDir | boolean | TRUE | TRUE / FALSE | any | Based on the worktop edge, specifies whether it can be applied parallel or perpendicular. It is used in EdgeBoardCompatibilityRule |
parallelToGrain | boolean | TRUE | TRUE / FALSE | any | Based on the worktop edge, specifies whether it can be applied parallel to the grain direction or not. It is used in EdgeBoardCompatibilityRule |
perpendicularToGrain | boolean | TRUE | TRUE / FALSE | any | Based on the worktop edge, specifies whether it can be applied perpendicular to the grain direction or not. It is used in EdgeBoardCompatibilityRule |
worktopFront | boolean | FALSE | TRUE / FALSE | any | Based on the worktop edge, specifies whether the worktop edge product is priced in a different BOM item or not, if it is on a worktop front edge. (this allows to remove the price of the front edges) |
symbolDescription | string | – | – | any | This text appears in the edge finish legend in the worktop editor, if this edge finish is in the current view. |
